Building technology that genuinely understands and supports the messy, non-linear process of human growth.
Here's something I've noticed: when I start to talk about "personal growth" or "AI technology," I can watch people's eyes glaze over, or they immediately have strong opinions. I get it. The world feels like it's burning, and I'm talking about an app to help you become your "optimal self."
Let me be clear about what we're actually building and why it matters.
Most people aren't looking to become superhuman. If they are even asking at all, then they're struggling with basic questions: How do I stay focused when everything is designed to distract me? How do I build habits that actually stick? How do I find meaning when the world feels increasingly chaotic? What can I do if machines are getting better all the time?
These aren't trivial problems. They're at the heart of how we navigate an increasingly complex world.
If you're struggling today, here are your most common options:
Each of these has merit. But they're either inaccessible, ineffective at scale, or both. And most people need elements of all of them.
Someone recently told me: "I can choose to help others without becoming my optimal self first."
They're absolutely right. The point isn't perfectionism – it's agency. We're not trying to create perfect humans. We're trying to help people become more effective agents in their own stories. To learn to understand which parts of their story has been read, and which parts they still can author.
Here's the core insight: technology that truly serves human flourishing doesn't exist yet. We have entertainment tech. We have productivity tech. We have social tech. But we don't have technology that genuinely understands and supports the messy, non-linear process of human growth. We don't have technology that is made to grow with you, for you, based on what you actually desire. Don't know what you desire? Wouldn't it be nice to have some help in finding out?
We're creating a digital infrastructure for human flourishing that:
Not just those who can afford coaches or therapists. We believe personal development should be democratized and available regardless of economic status.
Making it easier to start and maintain positive change. Our tools are designed to eliminate the common barriers that prevent people from sustaining growth over time.
Giving users control over their data and experience. We believe that personal growth technology should enhance your agency, not compromise it.
Recognizing that there's no one-size-fits-all approach. Our systems learn from your unique patterns and preferences to provide personalized support.
Leveraging our inherent drives rather than fighting them. We design with an understanding of cognitive science and behavioral psychology.
The world is only going to get more complex, more polarized, and faster-moving. We can't change that trajectory without catastrophic events none of us want.
What we can change is how equipped people are to navigate this complexity. To maintain their agency. To make choices aligned with their values. To contribute meaningfully to the challenges around them.
Every significant problem we face – from climate change, political polarization, or rapid advancements in automation – has human decision-making at its core. And human decision-making is profoundly influenced by our psychological state, our habits, and our sense of agency.
By making growth more accessible, we're not ignoring the world's problems. We're addressing them at a fundamental level.
I'm under no illusion that what we're actively building will appeal to everyone immediately. This isn't a theoretical future project - we're creating it now, piece by piece. Like any individual's growth we still have so much to learn. The vision will be much more self-evident in the coming years, and we're actively building it now. Within 2-5 years, we'll have made tremendous headway on this mission.
But for those who feel the tension between their current capabilities and what the world demands of them – for those who want to grow but find existing solutions inaccessible or ineffective – we're building something genuinely different.
Not to create perfect humans, but to help people become more effective at discovering, and building lives they truly desire. Because that's what the world needs right now: not perfect people, but better-equipped ones.
The best versions of ourselves can hold duality: we can be deeply uncertain while still being effective. We can acknowledge the world's problems while working on ourselves. We can be dissatisfied with the status quo while still taking meaningful action against what troubles us.
That's the kind of growth we're trying to enable – not perfection, but a greater coherent engagement with both ourselves and the realities we face.
If that resonates with you, we're building this for you.
